Do you allow us to visit puppies?
This is the most asked question, in short, NO, we do not allow visitors.
Our visitation policy is as follows:
We do not allow the general public inside our home or on our property, there are NO exceptions.
Boxer puppies will not be picked up by new owners until minimum of 8 weeks of age at which time they have had their first puppy vaccination and some immunity has built up against infectious diseases and illnesses. There is a real danger that diseases can migrate into our home and puppies that are not yet vaccinated will be susceptible to these viruses and bacteria.
Brussels Griffon puppies will not be picked up until minimum of 12 weeks of age.
You will find that many breeders, will have some kind of visitation policy.
All reputable breeders make it a priority to protect their dogs, puppies and families.
In the best interest of our puppies and adult dogs, we are very careful about preventing the transmission of diseases to them. We take every precaution that we can to make sure that our puppies are not exposed to any kinds of disease that you may carry on your shoes or even on your hands or clothes. These diseases can be picked up and carried on your shoes for days, anywhere a dog has been, parks, pet stores, rest stops, parking lots, anywhere.
Will you supply photos?
Yes! Families are provided a link to a google photo album for the litter. I upload weekly photos and videos to the album for families to watch the puppies grow.

Do you health test before breeding?
Yes! Please visit each dog's page here on our website and you will find the link to their OFA page listing their health testing.

Do you require hold fee to hold a puppy?
Yes, non-refundable hold fees are required to hold your puppy choice and are to be sent in with signed puppy contract, hold fees are subtracted from purchase price and are not extra.


Can I be placed on a waiting list?
Yes. Once you have filled out the puppy application, and are approved, we can place you on waiting list for an upcoming planned litter.

How are puppies raised?
Our puppies are raised in our home. We utilize ENS and Puppy Culture while raising our puppies. We expose puppies to a variety of noises, flooring, such a linoleum, carpet etc. We have our puppies begin the process of housebreaking by having them use a designated area for litter training beginning at 3 weeks of age. We expose our puppies to multiple various stimuli as they grow such as vacuums, traffic noise, baths, nail Dremel and etc. Puppies will be exposed to the other dogs in our home both large and small as well as many toys and activities such as tunnels, stairs, sliding board and more.

Can I get Full registration or Breeding rights?
No.
We will not place puppies on full registration, we ONLY place puppies into approved homes for show on Co-own

Do you have a health guarantee?
Yes! Our puppies go home with a 30 day Health guarantee.
​What payment types do you accept?
We accept Zelle or personal check for non-refundable Hold fee, final payment at time of pickup is cash only. If you are utilizing a flight nanny or other type of delivery service your puppy must be paid in full 24 hrs before departing with transport.
Zelle is free to use, no fees, is very secure as no account information is shared, and is a direct bank to bank transfer making it extremely quick. Please be advised that most people will have a daily send limit through Zelle so you will need to take that into consideration.

Do you provide transportation?
Transportation of puppies is responsibility of the family.
I can provide you with contact information for ground transportation as well as flight nannies. You will be responsible for arranging transportation and any costs/fees involved.
We will personally deliver your puppy, dependent upon distance and time constraints, for a delivery fee however this cannot be guaranteed so please check with me first before possibility and fees.

Final Choice?
We reserve the right to deny sale or placement of any puppy to anyone, for any reason, at any time, we reserve Final Choice of puppy placements and will always make our decisions and choice in the best interest of our puppies.
